Society of Toxicology Founded in 1961, the Society of Toxicology (SOT) is a professional and scholarly organization of scientists from academic institutions, government, and industry representing the great variety of scientists who practice toxicology in the US and abroad. The Society’s mission is to create a safer and healthier world by advancing the science and increasing the impact of toxicology. Bern Schwetz Student Travel Award The NCAC-SOT makes travel awards to support students presenting at the Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting. Complete Applications Include: A copy of the abstract submitted for SOT Annual Meeting.A confirmation that the abstract was accepted (such as a copy of an email).Verification that the applicant is full-time student or full-time postdoctoral research associate (e.g. a letter (or 2 letters) that bear(s) the signature of the student and the signature of their mentor (who is a member of SOT and/or NCAC-SOT)).Must be a student member of NCAC-SOT. Winner receives a cash award to support travel to attend the SOT Annual meeting.Eligibility
