The following Abstract Achievement Awards are offered by ASH in partnership with other medical societies. The recipients of these awards are announced each year in October. Each awardee receives a $2,000 grant and complimentary registration to the current year’s ASH annual meeting. ASH-BSH Abstract Achievement Award This annual award, in partnership with the British Society of Haematology (BSH), is granted to up to three trainees who are the first or senior author and presenter of the most meritorious country-specific project. To be eligible for this award, you must be a member of BSH and reside in the United Kingdom. ASH-HSANZ Abstract Achievement Award This annual award, in partnership with the Hematology Society of Australia and New Zealand (HSANZ), is granted to up to one trainee who is the first or senior author and presenter of the most meritorious country-specific project. To be eligible for this award, you must be a member of HSANZ and reside in Australia or New Zealand. ASH-JSH Abstract Achievement Award This annual award, in partnership with the Japanese Society of Hematology (JSH), is granted to up to three trainees who are the first or senior author and presenter of the most meritorious country-specific project. To be eligible for this award, you must be a member of JSH and reside in Japan. ASH-SIE Abstract Achievement Award This annual award, in partnership with the Society Italiana di Ematologia (SIE), is granted to up to two trainees who are the first or senior author and presenter of the most meritorious country-specific project.
