Nancy Conway Luikart Music Scholarship BACKGROUND: The Nancy Luikart Scholarship is administered by the Siouxland Community Foundation headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa. This scholarship fund was established in 2005 by her family. Nancy was a well known mezzo-soprano soloist and vocal music teacher for thirty years. PURPOSE: The purpose of the scholarship program is to assist West, East or North High School graduating seniors in realizing their dreams of going to college to pursue a post-secondary education in the field of music.
