Eligibility

You must have graduated from a public high school in Montgomery County, Indiana which you attended at least two full years during your high school educationYou must be a freshman at and scheduled to attend your sophomore year at an accredited college or university in the State of IndianaYou must have a minimum college grade point average of 3.00 out of 4.00

Ineligibility

It is for one year only and not renewable.
