Muscatine Housing Cluster Grants Muscatine Housing Cluster Grants support housing programs in Muscatine County in areas of emergency home repairs, homeownership, rental preservation, and housing agency operations. Eligible applicants will be any Muscatine Housing Cluster member in good standing who is qualified and capable of providing the services to residents of Muscatine County. Emergency Owner Occupied Home Repairs Awards will be made to qualified MHC members for home repairs that are a health and safety violation under the Housing Quality Standards or to cover the cost of staff who are involved in making these qualifying repairs . Eligible applicants will be any MHC member in good standing who is qualified and capable of providing the services to residents of Muscatine County. Requests will be reviewed by the administrative contact and then brought to the Cluster for review. The administrative contact will assure that all questions are answered, project budgets are included and feasible and that all required information has been provided. Grants will be awarded to applicants in priority of the residents served, with lowest income residents being given the highest priority. The MHC seeks to provide funding in this category to the widest range of providers while maintaining efficiencies in numbers. The MHC will use MRB/HUD Owner-Occupied Income Limits for clients served in this category.Eligibility
