New teacher on-boarding programs

Enhanced mentoring programs

Adult social-emotional health and teacher wellness

Teacher recognition programs

Eligibility:

Schools in Greenville County and partner districts

Eligible for all grade levels (elementary through high school)

Schools with school-wide initiatives addressing teacher retention

Application Process:

Competitive application process

Applications reviewed based on innovation and alignment with teacher retention goals
