Overview: Special designation for top academic achievers at St. Mary's College of Maryland who demonstrate exceptional promise to continue the college's important legacy.

Eligibility:

  • Top 10% of students offered admission to the College

  • Demonstrated exceptional academic achievement

  • Strong personal qualities and promise
  • Program Features:

  • Cohort-based activities each semester

  • Enhanced academic advising and mentoring

  • Direct guidance from multiple college resources based on individual interests:

  • - Center for Career and Professional Development
    - Office of International Education
    - Health Professions Advising
    - Director of National Fellowships and Awards (for postgraduate opportunities)

    Background: Since 1840, St. Mary's has served as a living monument to the birthplace of the state of Maryland
