• Students can create their own protein-packed fruit and yogurt parfaits
• Add a grain component along with yogurt and fruit servings to create a reimbursable meal
• Local milk should be included with the meal
• Bonus: Cart can be converted for use as a typical meal cart for Second Chance Breakfast or morning meal service to meet students as they enter the building
