Program Details

The Mini Grant is part of the Mesa Public Schools Foundation's Educator Grants program designed to support innovative projects that benefit students within the Mesa Public Schools district.

    Eligibility

  • Applicants must be Mesa Public Schools employees
  • Project must be discussed with and approved by administrator/supervisor/director
  • Applicants must provide an itemized budget with descriptions, costs, quantities, taxes, and shipping

  • If awarded, applicant commits to ordering all items by January 13, 2025

- Explain how project meets student needs or solves a problem (3-5 sentences)
- Describe evaluation methods for measuring project success (3-5 sentences)

5. Alignment with MPS Goals
- Check all applicable MPS Portrait of a Graduate essential skills and attitudes that project aligns with

6. Approvals and Impact
- Confirm project has been discussed with and approved by administrator/supervisor/director
- Indicate number of students potentially impacted
- List grade level(s) impacted

7. Budget Documentation
- Include link to publicly viewable itemized budget listing:
- Item descriptions
- Costs
- Quantities
- Taxes
- Shipping

8. Commitment Agreement
- Accept terms that Innovation Grants benefit students during the 24-25 school year
- Commit to ordering all items by January 13, 2025 if awarded

9. Submit Application
- Submit completed application through the foundation's system
