The program aims to enhance the impact of charitable donations and foster a culture of philanthropy among employees, ensuring that contributions support meaningful work in the communities served.

NOTE: The 2026 Community Grant Program will be invitation-only. Eligible organizations will be contacted directly by our team with instructions on how to apply. We invite you to check back here next fall for information on the 2027 application process.
To build on that legacy, in November 2020, we launched a reconstituted Milliken & Company Charitable Foundation to grow our positive contribution through charitable donations and philanthropic programming.

Associate Gift Match: Matches associate contributions to eligible and verified 501c3 organizations as approved through YourCause. This platform provides a centralized location for associates to contribute to charitable causes.
