MetroWest Health Foundation Grant

The MetroWest Health Foundation is dedicated to enhancing community health through innovative leadership. It focuses on health equity by addressing disparities in immigrant health, mental health, and vaccine access. Additionally, it aims to stabilize housing for vulnerable populations, including families and older adults. The foundation supports innovative solutions to health challenges identified in the 2023 Community Health Assessment, aiming to create a healthier community for all residents across 25 localities.

Health EquityThe foundation will support initiatives focused on decreasing health disparities in the following areas: immigrant and refugee health, mental health and vaccine equity.Health and Housing StabilityThe foundation will support initiatives that seek to decrease housing insecurity and increase support services to older adults, families with children, and newly arrived immigrants.Innovative Action to Address Community Health PrioritiesThe foundation will invest in the planning, development and implementation of solutions to the health challenges prioritized in the 2023 Community Health Assessment.
