Program Overview

The Look. Foundation supports children and young adults impacted by infection-triggered neuroinflammatory disorders (PANS/PANDAS) through grants that cover out-of-pocket treatment expenses. Grants support families by covering costs for:

• Medication and supplements
• Doctor visits and appointments
• Lab testing and diagnostic services
• Alternative practitioners such as acupuncturists and chiropractors
• Specialized treatments (e.g., IVIG, HBOT, IV vitamins)
• Medical care from PANS/PANDAS specialists

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant Criteria:

Age: Children, teens, and young adults 28 years old or younger

Diagnosis: Must have been diagnosed with PANS or PANDAS

Financial Need: Must demonstrate demonstrated financial need

Provider Requirement: Must be under the care of a U.S.-based MD, ND, DO, PA-C, or NP with prescribing rights in their state of practice

Previous Recipients: Previous grant recipients are not eligible to re-apply

• United States (applicants must be under care of U.S.-based licensed provider)
