Minnesota: Rural Health Grant We aim to fund community-led solutions that address health equity in rural communities. Eligibility

Rural Health grant recipients are eligible to submit an application for funding in consecutive years.Funding is limited to organizations based outside of the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area.Who we fundTo request a grant, your organization must be a 501(c)(3) public charity, public/governmental agency, or one of the 11 Tribal Nations located in and providing services in Minnesota. A public agency is an organization established and primarily funded by a unit of government. Examples could include a public school, public health department, or state government agency.

Ineligibility
