Geographic Scope: Central and East Alabama, including Autauga, Crenshaw, Elmore, Lee, and Montgomery counties (cities: Montgomery, Auburn, Opelika, Prattville, Wetumpka, Tallassee, Troy, Millbrook)

Focus Areas: Higher education support for high school seniors

Eligibility

• High school seniors graduating in the current year
• Residents of or attending schools in the eligible Alabama counties
• Based on 2023 award data: 10 scholarships awarded from 60+ applicants representing 33 different schools

Program Background

The MAX4Kids Foundation awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors to help reduce financial barriers to higher education. Scholarship recipients are recognized at a reception honoring their accomplishments.
