Matthew B. Robinson Scholarship Grant

The Matthew B. Robinson Scholarship, offered by the Muskingum County Community Foundation, supports students from Muskingum County High Schools pursuing degrees in Special Education. Applicants must be freshmen, sophomores, or juniors at a 4-year accredited institution, maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA. This scholarship is part of the foundation's mission to enhance community quality of life through education and philanthropy, bolstering local talents and fostering future educators.

The Envisioned Future of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is that Muskingum County’s quality of life attracts organizations and people to pursue their dreams and practice their passions.
Since its founding, MCCF has awarded more than $8 million to local charities and currently has over $22 million in assets.
Applicant for the scholarship must have been a graduate of a Muskingum County High School and presently accepted and/or enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior in a 4-year accredited institution majoring in Special Education. The scholarship may be used toward any Special Education major.
Grade Level: Current High School Senior; Associates/Bachelors

Eligibility

The applicant must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scale. Applicants should show evidence of community service, club memberships, or athletic participation while in high school and/or college.
