Society of Toxicology Founded in 1961, the Society of Toxicology (SOT) is a professional and scholarly organization of scientists from academic institutions, government, and industry representing the great variety of scientists who practice toxicology in the US and abroad. The Society’s mission is to create a safer and healthier world by advancing the science and increasing the impact of toxicology. SOT operates under four guiding principles: Serving the needs of the scientific discipline and our members to enhance human, animal, and environmental health. MASOT Student Poster Awards Description The Mid-Atlantic Society of Toxicology (MASOT) is seeking graduate/undergraduate students to present their laboratory work (in poster form) at the annual MASOT meeting on November 5, 2025. Not only is this a great opportunity for students to present their research, but there are cash awards for the best poster presentations. Submit your application to present a poster of your hard work at our local meeting. Students who are eligible for poster awards will be automatically enrolled in the poster competition and notified of their finalist status prior to the local meeting.
