MASOT Student Achievement Award Grant

The MASOT Student Achievement Award, established by the Society of Toxicology, honors exceptional doctoral student members with a $1,000 prize. This award recognizes academic excellence, significant contributions to toxicology, and leadership within the Society and their institutions. Eligible candidates must be current members enrolled in a Toxicology or Pharmacology Doctoral Program and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5. Recipients cannot reapply in subsequent years, ensuring new talents are acknowledged.

• Description

The MASOT Student Achievement Award is a $1,000 award that was developed to recognize significant achievements of MASOT doctoral student members. Criteria that will be considered for this award include academic excellence, outstanding scientific achievement in the field of toxicology, and leadership and service to SOT, MASOT and the applicant’s academic institution.
Recipients of the Student Achievement Award are ineligible to apply again in subsequent years.

Criteria:
Current MASOT memberEnrolled in an accepted Toxicology or Pharmacology Doctoral ProgramIntention of submitting a 1st author abstract for SOT 2026Overall 3.5 GPA (from a minimum of 2 semesters/1 year in a doctoral program)
