Overview

March of Dimes Graduate Nursing Scholarship

Focus Area: Maternal-child nursing at the graduate level

Purpose: Recognizes and promotes excellence in nursing and furthers the organization's commitment to ensuring moms and babies receive the highest quality of medical care.

Eligibility:

  • Registered nurses (RN)

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program in maternal-child nursing

  • Master's or doctoral level

  • Encouraged to be members of: American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM), Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), or National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN)

    • Geographic Scope: United States

    Award Details:

  • $5,000 per recipient

  • Multiple awards given annually

  • Established in 1998

  • 2022 recipients included PhD nursing students and DNP nurse midwifery students

    • Partner Support: Pampers® has been a long-standing partner (25+ years) supporting the scholarship
