- Initial project with 8 agencies improved chlamydia testing rates from ~50% to 78-99%
- Six agencies achieved screening rates above 85% goal
Project Methodology:
- Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Rank barriers by impact level (high/low)
- Use priority matrix and Test of Change diagrams
- Provide technical assistance to partner agencies
