Mara E. Lieberman Memorial Travel Grants

The Mara E. Lieberman Memorial Travel Grants support outstanding female researchers presenting at the Endocrine Society's ENDO 2025 Annual Meeting. This initiative honors Mara E. Lieberman and encourages participation from graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and new faculty. Eligible applicants must be the first author on their abstract.

The Endocrine Society provides travel grants to attend ENDO, the Society's Annual Meeting. These travel grants are awarded to outstanding abstracts submitted by women in honor of Mara E. Lieberman. Recipients in 2025 will present their research at ENDO 2026, the Society's Annual Meeting, taking place June 13–16, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois.
Please note that you must submit an abstract by January 30, 2026, to be considered for this award. The recipients will receive a $500 travel grant for ENDO 2026 and complimentary meeting registration.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:Must be the first and presenting author on the abstractMust be a graduate student, in-training post-doctoral fellow (1st–4th year of fellowship), or new faculty (1st–2nd year of appointment)Must be a womanMembers are eligible to receive one travel award or travel reimbursement per meeting. If you are selected for more than one travel award you will receive the higher monetary value. Please do not register for ENDO until the award winners are announced. The winners of this award will receive complimentary ENDO registration.International applicants are encouraged to apply
