Overview

The Lott-Conlon Foundation was formed on August 5, 1991 from the merger of the Conlon Center and the Lott School for Handicapped Children. The boards of both entities believed they shared similar aims and felt they could accomplish more in the community if they combined their respective endowments in order to fund worthwhile charitable organizations that supported individuals with physical or mental disabilities. Today, 30 years later, Lott- Conlon continues that mission. The Lott-Conlon Foundation’s mission is to provide supplemental funding for projects that improve the quality of life and access for the under-served ability-challenged throughout Northwest Ohio. The Foundation may fund capital improvements and/or program specific projects that have been determined by the Lott-Conlon Board of Directors to be a direct benefit to the ability-challenged community. Lott Conlon Foundation Grant The Foundation will consider grant opportunities that fall within its mission to provide supplemental funding for organizations that serve those with physical and developmental disabilities and to improve the quality of life for those individuals served. The foundation may fund capital improvements and/or program specific projects that the Board of Directors approve.
