- Purpose: Awards are for tuition, books, and/or other fees
- Disbursement: Paid directly to the accredited institution (2-year or 4-year college, university, or technical school)
- Payment Method: One disbursement remitted to the Bursar's or Financial Aid Office
- Proof of Enrollment Required: Each winner must submit proof of enrollment prior to disbursement
