Local Marketing Grant Program

Fiscal Year: 2025-2026

Total Fund: $500,000 available (same as prior year)

Purpose: Support local marketing initiatives for lodges, including support for Tommy Moose promotional activities

Geographic Scope: Moose Fraternity-wide

Application Timeline:

Opens: Monday, June 2, 2025

Closes: When funds are depleted OR fiscal year ends, whichever comes sooner

Note: Previous year, funds were expended approximately 4 days prior to end of year

Included Programs

• Tommy Moose BOGO (Buy One Get One) program
• Opportunity to offset costs associated with Tommy Moose costume purchase

Eligibility Requirements

Lodges must meet ALL of the following:

1. Convention Attendance: At least one member of the lodge is required to attend the International Moose Convention in Milwaukee in May
2. Association Annual Convention: At least one member of the lodge was required to attend the lodge's 2024 Association Annual Convention in the Fall
3. Association Midyear Conference: At least one member of the lodge was required to attend the 2025 Association Midyear Conference in the Spring
4. Good Standing: Lodge must be in good standing and run as a fraternal operation

Program Changes from Prior Year

• All other aspects of the program remain the same
• Same funding level as previous year
