Background: The R. Robert Dale Scholarship program has been modified and renamed as the "Heart of the Community Scholarship Program." R. Robert Dale funds were expended years ago, and the program is now being supported solely by the Moose Fraternity. This renaming more accurately reflects the fraternity's commitment to supporting youth in the community.
