LinnéSys: Systematics Research Fund The Systematics Research Fund has been renamed to the LinnéSys: Systematics Research Fund. The Councils of The Linnean Society of London and The Systematics Association jointly administer the LinnéSys: Systematics Research Fund (LinnéSys) for the benefit of systematics research.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible, the applicant must be a CURRENT MEMBER of the Linnean Society of London or the Systematics Association at the time of application.Applications involving education or citizen science activities are eligible if they focus on taxonomy and systematics.Applications for education activities must include the target audience/s, approximate number of participants, and anticipated learning outputs.Eligible Costs: Fieldwork expenseslaboratory consumablespurchase of scientific equipmenttime on analytical equipmentservices for specimen preparationsequencing costspublication of books, monographs, field guides, etc. You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member.

Ineligibility

The fund does not provide support for attendance at publication of articles in scientific journals or payment of open-access costs.Student allowances, tuition fees, staff hiring, and bench fees are also not considered eligible.
