Linda Starikov Singer Memorial Scholarship Fund Linda Singer had a career as an actress, teacher, writer, director, and television show host. As a director, she was especially devoted to working with teenagers because she understood the place theater has in teaching self-confidence to this age group. Class rank in top third with a good academic record. Entering a four-year college/university; full-time enrollment. Have demonstrated financial need.
