We serve 29 towns, nearly 800,000 residents, hundreds of nonprofits, and a network of philanthropists with more than 1,500 funds. We bring together the people, knowledge, investments and passion to make Greater Hartford a more inclusive and equitable place to live, work and raise a family. Bloomfield Greater Together Community Fund The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving has established a Greater Together Community Fund for the Town of Bloomfield. The purpose of the Greater Together Community Funds program is to: support the community in taking ownership around the needs in their townsencourage broad and inclusive civic engagement andanchor the Hartford Foundation in each town.
