  • MCCF planning phase (2019-2020) involved over 100 volunteers

  • Marshall County Crossroads became new 501(c)(3) nonprofit
  • EnFocus Fellowship Component:

  • enFocus has placed over 800 young professionals in northern Indiana communities

  • Fellows discover, design, and implement innovative solutions

  • Support community discovery with data collection and analysis

  • Assist with coalition building

  • Build organizational strength through implementation of solutions

  • Share project management, training, and evaluation techniques
