Award: $500 one-time emergency cash assistance per eligible individual
Services Supported: Emergency rent, utilities, transportation
Languages Offered: Interpretation available in Arabic, Somali, Pashto, Dari, and Spanish

How to Apply
Application Process
Registration Steps:
1. Register for an appointment online or by arriving in person (if appointments available)
2. Available appointment times: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 AM–4 PM
3. LFS capacity: up to 100 people per day
4. Arrive in person at Lutheran Family Services Lexington office during reserved appointment time
5. Bring: valid government ID and proof of Tyson layoff (recent Tyson paystubs and Tyson ID)
6. LFS staff will assist with registration (approximately 20 minutes)
7. Interpretation provided if needed
