Overview: A capacity-building opportunity for Colorado nonprofits to strengthen their online fundraising efforts. Offered in collaboration between Colorado Gives Foundation and the Schlessman Family Foundation. The program is free for participating organizations.

3. Skilled volunteers to help execute projects

Focus:

Helping organizations use ColoradoGives.org as their primary fundraising tool

Advanced features including: CRM, application integration, text-to-give, volunteer management

Building capacity through professional resources

Assisting organizations from just getting started to advancing to new levels

Participation: 119 organizations participated in the first year of the program

Cost: Free (thanks to Schlessman Family Foundation)

About the Schlessman Family Foundation:

Founded in 1956 by Gerald L. and Florence M. Schlessman

Established to provide charitable support for children and adults hindered by economic status, physical or mental challenges, or needing additional educational opportunities

Intent: Enable recipients to become self-sufficient, productive community members
