Colorado Gives Day Grant

Colorado Gives Day, occurring on December 9th, is a significant annual event that empowers nonprofits across Colorado. Since its inception in 2010, it has raised over $415 million to strengthen communities and support local organizations. This initiative, backed by the Colorado Gives Foundation and FirstBank, encourages residents to give back where they live, promoting a culture of generosity and collaboration among Coloradans.

NOTE: Colorado Gives Day this year is on Dec 9th.  There is no deadline to enroll. Once the nonprofit enrolls, they will have to complete a list of do's before they can go live on the website.

Eligibility

Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) with a public charity status of 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2)
Nonprofit is headquartered or providing services in ColoradoNonprofit has a Certificate of Registration and a Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State

Ineligibility

Unfortunately, the following organizations are not eligible to participate (but we still love you for the great work you do!):Private foundations (filing a 990PF)
