LEEF Grant Program for Longmeadow Public School Staff

    1. Read the Grant Guidelines thoroughly
    2. Complete the online Grant Application Checklist
    3. Complete the online Grant Application Form
    4. For proposals with multiple cost items, list each item and corresponding cost in the Budget Worksheet
    5. Obtain required signatures on Grant Authorization Form
    6. Submit online
