How to Apply for a Grant

1. Review Grant Guidelines
- Download and read the Grant Guidelines
- Ensure your idea fits the funding criteria
- Review all tips before starting the online application

2. Complete Online Application
- Complete the Grant Application online form (accessible on laptop, tablet, or phone)
- Include all required signatures
- Application can be saved and returned to at a later time
- Share application link with colleagues for co-author input

3. Required Signatures
- Collect all required authorization signatures from co-authors, department heads, and principals
- Signatures must be obtained prior to submission
- You can send the application electronically to those requiring signature by saving your application and forwarding the email link

4. Technology Purchases (Special Requirement)
- For ALL technology purchases, applicants must apply with an Instructional Technology Specialist
- The specialist will help specify solutions and obtain pricing
- This is required for: computer hardware, software, licenses/subscriptions, printers, projection and sound systems, interactive whiteboards/response systems, document cameras, tablets, e-readers, and other classroom technologies

5. Submission
- Click the 'Submit' button on the final page to send the application to WPSF
- You will receive an acknowledgment email from WPSF upon submission
- Submit by the deadline: January 23, 2026
