LBA Leadership Academy

The LBA Leadership Academy enhances leadership skills for attorneys with 4-10 years of experience. Participants engage with legal and community leaders, addressing key professional issues. The program covers ethics, service, and professionalism, connecting attorneys with local peers, judges, and non-profits.

Eligibility:

• Attorneys with 4-10 years of experience
• Ambitious and eager to make lasting impact

Program Details:

• Duration: 6 months, meeting once per month beginning January 2026
• Tuition: $2,500.00
• CLE Credit: At least 12.0 CLE hours (pending KBA accreditation), including ethics
• Includes: Course materials, networking opportunities with colleagues and speakers, meals, national and local speakers
• Tuition Support: Limited tuition support available (not guaranteed). Payment plans may be available.
