Law-Related Education (LRE) Grants

The Montana Justice Foundation Law-Related Education (LRE) Grants Program provides small grant awards to qualifying organizations for the purpose of conducting projects that support knowledge and awareness of the law.

Eligible Project Examples

• Mock trial or courtroom events for high school students
• Constitution In The Classroom events
• Girls/Boys State projects
• Staff or community training on a law-related topic or area of law
• Any other project designed to enhance public knowledge or awareness of the law

Eligibility

• Qualifying organizations
• Must align with funding priorities (see Grant Program Policy)
