Overview: The OBF provides grants to support law-related education programs that teach young people and citizens the fundamental principles and skills needed to become responsible and informed participants in the democratic system and rule of law.

• Law school programs: Clinics providing legal services in specialized areas
• Youth education: Legislative education, judicial programs, citizenship training

• OBA-YLD Oklahoma High School Mock Trial Program: $46,600 (2014) - Training high school students about the legal system; national competition participation
• YMCA Statewide Youth in Government Program: $4,000 (2014) - High school students author legislation and debate it in Oklahoma House of Representatives; 7th and 8th grade Youth Model Legislative Day; ABA Judicial Program Competition scholarships
• TU Boesche Legal Clinic, Immigrants Rights Project: $6,766 (2014) - Law student clinical education providing legal services to vulnerable non-citizen residents
• OCU School of Law American Indian Will Clinic: $18,000 (2014) - Complex Indian land issues education and legal services; law student professional development
• Senior Law Resource Center, Elder Law Educational/Outreach Program: $12,000 (2014) - Law student intern program; elder financial exploitation education; incapacity planning
