Oklahoma Bar Foundation: IOLTA Grant

IOLTA Grants
IOLTA Grants are awarded to non-profit organizations for program funding to provide legal services, law-related education and activities that improve the administration of justice.

Eligibility

Must be a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or an organization that provides exclusively charitable public services that would otherwise qualify as tax-exempt under the Code. All OBF Grant funds must be used exclusively for charitable purposes in a manner consistent with the mission of the OBF.
