A comprehensive 10-week leadership training program designed to train Latinos to serve as board members of nonprofit organizations. LBLA addresses the leadership gap in the nonprofit sector by recruiting, training, and guiding Latinos to maximize their power of giving and community impact.

Program Goals:

Recruit and train Latino leaders for nonprofit board service
Develop skills as leaders and integrate cultural competence
Build a strong network of Latino peers across Silicon Valley
Address representation gaps in nonprofit leadership

Program Impact:

Over 400 Senior Fellows (Graduates) as of 2019
75% of graduates serve as board members
70% serve as board members in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties
