Provider: Joint effort between The Larry Young & Friends Charities and The Village of Progress Foundation

Geographic Scope: Ogle County residents only

Background: Larry Young & Friends Charities partners with The Village of Progress Foundation annually to support the organization's annual golf outing. Larry Young serves on the Foundation's Board of Directors.

Eligibility

• Must be a resident of Ogle County
• Must be either:
- A high school senior who is disabled or planning to attend college and major in an area related to disabilities, OR - A full-time undergraduate college student who is disabled or majoring in an area related to disabilities

Application Requirements

• Financial status is not a consideration
• Completed on the Foundation application form
• At least two written references required
• Applications must be received by March 15 each year
