How to Apply
Grant Submission Process
1. Submit grant request using the application form on the website
2. Grant request will be acknowledged upon receipt
3. Decision timeline: Approval, denial, or modified grant request will be addressed at the next LCC meeting, which is held on the third Wednesday of each month
4. Payment: Grantees will receive the check for their grant within one month of the grant approval date
5. Fund distribution: Funds will be applied via check for the project with invoices paid by LCC treasurer
6. Reporting: Grantee must submit a report, summary, or evaluation within one year of grant approval date
Required Application Materials
Submit a letter of request for funding that includes:
- Contact name
- Phone number of person making the request
- Target completion date
- Evaluation of project success
- Detailed project cost (specify if LCC will be supplementing other funds or be the sole source of funds)
- Project Manager name
- Financial responsibility (who will control expenditures?)
- Previously requested grants (from whom and how were they used?)
