Overview: Kode With Klossy's flagship program provides free two-week coding bootcamps for young women, gender nonconforming, and trans scholars ages 13-18. Scholars learn computer science concepts and skills through immersive, project-based learning.

Eligibility

• Age: 13-18 years old
• Gender Identity: Girls, gender nonconforming, and trans students
• Prior Experience: No coding experience required
• Geographic Scope: Available to scholars around the world
• Key Qualities Sought:

Program Offerings

Scholars select one of four curricula:

1. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning - Fundamentals of AI, addressing bias in tech, hands-on experience with image classifiers and machine learning models using CreateML framework
2. Website Development - Dynamic website building using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; responsive design and UI/UX principles
3. Data Science - Data analysis using SQL and Python; data visualization of topics scholars are passionate about
4. Beyond Coding - Talks from inspiring speakers (CEOs, astronauts, entrepreneurs, grad students); culture of technology conversations; community building activities

Additional Components

• Guest speakers from across the tech industry
• Culture of Technology sessions providing real-world context
• Community building activities and "brain breaks"
• No prior coding experience necessary
