Application Process
1. Check Eligibility: Confirm organization is 501(c)(3) and located in Roanoke Valley MSA
2. Download Materials: Access 2026-2027 Grant Cover Letter and Grant RFP (request for proposal) from website
3. Complete Application Form: Fill out all required sections
4. Prepare Supporting Documents: Gather all required attachments
5. Submit Complete Proposal: Submit by August 15 deadline
6. Evaluation: Proposals evaluated within assigned category
7. Award Notification: Selected organizations notified

4. Publicity:
- Plans to publicize the project
- How publicity will include The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke
5. Prior Kiwanis Funding (if applicable):
- If funds received during current year, describe how spent
- Indicate whether project met proposal objectives
- Report number of individuals served by grant
6. Additional Information: Optional space for supplementary details
