Application Process
1. Register for Bidders Conference Call (optional but encouraged)
- Register by Noon on July 16, 2019 to receive logistics
- Conference call scheduled for July 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM
- Opportunity to ask questions about the grant
2. Prepare Application Materials

- Gather all required attachments
3. Submit Application Electronically
- Applications must be submitted electronically

- IRS Letter of Tax-Exempt Certification
- Project budget
- Current W-9 form for the organization
- Letter of support from a Tampa Kiwanis member (optional but encouraged)

- Applications scored by Tampa Kiwanis Foundation
- Finalists invited to present to Foundation Board
- May request additional information or conduct site visits
- Goal to select recipient prior to September 27, 2019 celebration dinner
- Foundation reserves right to postpone decision or not make an award
