Overview: Thanks to the Kelleher Connect Career Opportunity Fund, students in select technical education certificate programs who plan to advance directly into the local workforce following graduation may receive tuition and fee assistance.

Geographic Scope: Delaware County, Chester County, and surrounding areas (though Delaware County residence prioritized)

Award Amount: Up to $5,000 per semester

Eligibility:

Administration: The Fund is administered through the Delaware County Community College Educational Foundation

Focus: The program is selective and specific; applications should be completed thoroughly
