• Veteran or active-duty military status (required)
• Current DCCC employee status, excluding work-study (required)
• Spouse or dependent child of current DCCC employee (required)
• Receipt of third-party educational funding (employer, veterans benefits, vocational rehabilitation, etc.) (required)
