Kānaka Anti-Displacement Fund

Status: Revived in March 2026 following devastating Kona storms

Geographic Scope: Hawaiian Home Lands statewide, with initial focus on:

  • Anahola, Kauaʻi (cesspool failures)

  • Waimānalo, Oʻahu (roof damage)

  • Leialiʻi, Maui (severe flooding)

  • Kepaʻakea, Moloka'i (severe flooding)

  • First Phase Goal: $20 million

  • Originally Created: To address needs of Leialiʻi community in Lahaina after August 2023 fire
