Just Transition Leadership Program

Overview: Front and Centered's initiative to equip community leaders with skills and knowledge needed to drive systemic change and advance a Just Transition across Washington State.

Geographic Scope: Washington State

Focus Areas:

  • Community leaders from historically disenfranchised communities

  • Indigenous peoples

  • Early to mid-career community leaders
  • Program Duration: Nine months of intensive training

    Support Provided:

  • Stipend: All participants receive a stipend for active participation

  • Travel and Lodging: Program covers all travel and lodging expenses for in-person activities, including site visits across Washington State

  • Emergency Funding: Available to address barriers to participation
