Grants & Scholarships Grants power our nonprofit partners on the frontlines of pressing local issues, filling the opportunity gaps through direct-to-people programming. Scholarships support aspiring college students who hold the promise of tomorrow’s progress. Together, our competitive grants and scholarships help our region rise thanks to the vision and generosity of our donors. The Community Foundation offers both need and merit based scholarships. Jonathan Toppel Scholarship Fund Scholarship Eligibility Applicants must be a resident of Palm Beach or Martin County Must pursue a degree in fine arts Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better Selection is based on financial need Scholarship is for full-time students who will be enrolled in an accredited college or university Student may attend any college or university in the United States that offers a degree in fine arts
