Eligibility

African-American student attending high school in Palm Beach or Martin Counties, preferably a Palm Beach County Public High School
Above average achiever in any foreign language as a second language, preferably French, Portuguese, or Spanish
College applicant pursuing a major or minor in any foreign language or foreign culture study, with preference for French, Portuguese or Spanish
