Jolley Foundation Grant

The Jolley Foundation Grant offers up to $100,000 to charitable organizations that are 501(c)(3) exempt and based in South Carolina. This grant aims to address poverty and discrimination through systemic solutions, capacity-building for nonprofits, and collaborative efforts. Priority is given to projects in arts, education, health, and human services, particularly those benefiting residents of Greenville County. Applicants must demonstrate financial sustainability for their programs.

Note: Charitable organizations seeking a grant in the amount of $100,000 or more must send a letter of inquiry by February 1 or July 1  deadlines. All other applicants do NOT need to send a letter of inquiry, and should apply by the "full proposal" deadlines.

Eligibility

To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.Must be based in South Carolina.All applicants must have the financial ability to sustain the funded program or project on a continuing basis.

Ineligibility

The Foundation normally does not fund requests for the following purposes:Annual appeals or membership drivesUnrestricted endowment fundsOperating expenses of established organizationsScholarships to individuals
