Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley The Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley is a public charitable foundation based in Aurora, Illinois, dedicated to improving quality of life across the Fox River Valley, including the Greater Aurora area and Kane and Kendall counties. John & Julia Onete Scholarship Endowment Fund This fund was established with a gift from the estate of Jacqueline Onete. It provides scholarships for young women who have graduated from Aurora high schools and/or Waubonsee Community College, and who are pursuing a degree in the arts. The fund is named for Jacqueline’s parents, John and Julia Onete.
